I love statement jewelry, but I'm always conscious of not looking costume-y or overdone. I usually stick to one key statement piece per outfit & simplify the rest to make that main piece of jewelry really stand out. Because of this theory of mine, On A Wire & I pair perfectly together.

These On A Wire bracelets were just what I needed to complete this outfit. They're bold yet elegant. I love that they're colorful & that they can either be dressed up or down. On A Wire has a great range of bold & delicate pieces; sure to go with anything & everything in your closet. Throw on these KateFinley & Amberlynn bracelets, or Caroline & Jessie necklaces with a T-shirt & jeans, & you've instantly transformed your everyday look into something interesting & cool.

Here are some other On A Wire pieces I'm loving:

Be sure to stock up on some On A Wire jewelry & thanks for following along!

Lovely Wednesdays: Healthy Chicken Tacos

One of my New Years resolutions is to cook at home at least once a week. Although this is a work in progress, I'm hoping to make it 2-3 times a week when it's all said & done. So the other day, I was searching through our Weight Watchers Cookbook & came across this chicken taco recipe. It's such a simple recipe & everything is fresh {which I love}. There's only 8 g of fat & 24 g of protein in 2 tacos! It's perfect for a new, healthier you. If you're craving chicken tacos and want a mouth watering yet healthy option, this is it. I even added a little fresh jalapeƱo & left out the sour cream since I'm not a fan. I've also included the nutritional facts below FYI.

Serves 6
What You'll Need:

4 skinless {5 ounce} skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Mexican or taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 {6 inch} corn tortillas, warmed
1 large tomato, diced
1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled & diced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

1.    Sprinkle chicken with Mexican seasoning, salt & pepper.

2.    Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray & set over medium heat.

3.    Place chicken in pan & cook until browned & cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. {I   actually cute the chicken into strips before cooking them to make them cook faster}.

4.    While the chicken is cooking, start slicing & dicing your tomato, avocado, onion & cilantro.

5.    If you cook the chicken whole, tear chicken into long thin strips after it has cooled.

5.    Top each tortilla with one-sixth of chicken, tomato, avocado, onion, cilantro & sour cream.

6.    Fold tortillas in half & you're ready to eat!

Nutritional Facts:
PER SERVING (2 TACOS): 196 grams, 287 Cal, 8 g Total Fat, 0 g Trans Fat, 52 mg Chol, 306 mg Sod, 31 g Total Carb, 3 g Total Sugar, 6 g Fib, 24 g Prot, 131 mg Calc.

Favorite Heels

Continuing on with our most loved trends of the season, here are our favorite heels.

I feel like there's been a pop of color in winter clothing this year, & it makes perfect sense! Why not add color to your wardrobe all year round? I love Kate's bright pink heels from J.Crew, & how they add a burst of color to any outfit during these dreary winter months. Also, how great in her Kate Spade bag? I love the coordination of color.

On the contrary, I'm also loving the all black look right now & have paired my favorite Sam Edelman heels with an all black ensemble. You seriously, can't go wrong with these heels {or all black}, & I also love the strip of silver down the side of these trousers. These French Connection pieces are all on sale right now too so be sure to check them out!

You can shop our look above & thanks for stopping by!

Bon Jour

Michael Kors leather jacket {old, similar here & here}  //  J.Crew Tee (sold out, similar here & here  //  French Connection Vixen Panelled Skirt  //  Sam Edelman 'Claire' Pump  //  Banana Republic Flower Escape Necklace {sold out, similar herehere & here  //  Banana Republic Python Tablet Clutch {sold out, similar here & here}  // Ray-Ban Aviator Gradient  //  M.A.C. Matte Ruby Woo Lipstick

{Hola   Bon Jour   Hello   Hej Hej   Ni Hao   Aloha   Ciao}

There are many different ways to say hello & nothing does it better than this bright pink wall. It's just too happy & welcoming to ignore. This ended up being such a fun shoot & I can't help but give some credit to the color radiating happiness behind me. So I can promise you, you will be seeing more of this bright pink in the near future.

I snagged this 'hello' tee from J.Crew & it instantly became one of my favorite tees. It's sold out now but J.Crew has many similar tees still available. I had been eyeing this French Connection skirt for quite some time & put this number on my Christmas list when it hit the sale rack. I love the mixture of faux leather & crepe panels & it's super stretchy & comfortable.

Last but certainly not least, are these Sam Edelman 'Claire' Pumps. I wore them in my previous post, but didn't give them the credit they deserve. I'm a sucker for ankle strap heels & these are simply, perfection. They're not too tall, have great gold detailing & they literally go with everything. Finding the perfect, multifunctional heel is a heavy task I had yet to accomplish this till I found these 'Claire' Pumps. So, don't be surprised if you see more of these heels, too. If you didn't read anything else from this post read this: You must buy these pumps & the tan color is equally amazing!

I don't know about you but I'm sure happy it's almost Friday. What is it about certain weeks that makes them seem to move at a glacial speed? I'm looking forward to a weekend at home getting some blog posts ready & maybe spending some time at our ranch. Have a great rest of your week & thanks so much for following along!
